Hello Greece provides data-only travel eSIM plans for supported devices and destinations. Plans do not include a local phone number, SMS, or traditional voice calling unless explicitly stated.
You are responsible for confirming that your device is unlocked, eSIM-capable, and compatible before purchase. Setup requires a stable internet connection and access to your device settings.
Plan validity, data allowance, destination coverage, and speed depend on the selected plan and local network conditions. Data usage begins once the eSIM connects to a supported network.
Prices are shown at checkout before payment. Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy, including whether the eSIM has been installed, activated, delivered, or used.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with networks, attempt unauthorized access, resell plans without permission, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Support is available through the Help Center and dashboard ticket system. For faster support, include your order email, device model, screenshots, and a clear description of the issue.
