Refund policy

Fair refunds for unused or undelivered eSIMs

We review refund requests based on delivery, activation, usage, and device compatibility.

When a refund is available

  • You may request a refund before the eSIM has been installed, activated, or used.
  • If we cannot deliver a working eSIM for your order, we will either replace it or refund the purchase.
  • Duplicate purchases can be refunded when the duplicate eSIM has not been used.

When a refund is not available

  • Refunds are not available after the eSIM has connected to a network or used mobile data.
  • Refunds are not available for incompatible, locked, or unsupported devices when compatibility was not checked before purchase.
  • Refunds are not available for coverage issues caused by local outages, device settings, or travel outside the supported destination.

How to request a refund

  • Contact support with your order email, order number, device model, and a short description of the issue.
  • For activation or connection problems, include screenshots of your eSIM settings and mobile data settings.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times can vary.
